Windmill Villa apartment is situated on the Craigston Estate in Carriacou. Windmill Villa apartment offers you the chance to enjoy a luxury holiday experience on the sleepy island of Carriacou, Grenada.

PLEASE NOTE: Carriacou is an island located north of Grenada and is accessible by plane or ferry. It takes as little as 20 minutes to reach the island by plane!

Windmill Villa is a two storey building which offers visitors the chance to rent the luxurious first floor apartment. It's the home of husband and wife team Fitzroy and Ann Laetitia McKenzie. The couple who live upstairs on the second floor of the villa, designed and built this spectacular property in 2012. The apartment is furnished and styled to the highest standards to ensure you have the holiday of your dreams.

Windmill Villa holiday rental apartment is available throughout the year in Carriacou and is a short hop from the main island of Grenada. Catch a short ferry or take a quick plane ride from Grenada to Carriacou. Couples, singles and families with children are all welcome. The apartment has magnificent sea views of Carriacou and the Craigston Estate. It's a stones throw away from beautiful Silver Beach where you can enjoy crystal clear sea waters and spectacular views – it's paradise.

The property is located on the Craigston Estate which was previously home to a lime crushing factory. The whole area is awash with luscious fruit trees and glorious vegetation.

Getting around

The bus stop is located at the bottom of Windmill Villa. Walking to the town is also an option as it is only a short walk.

Interaction with guest

Guests will be picked up at the Airport or Ferry and taken to Windmill Villa at no cost to them. Keys will be given to Guests when they arrive and a welcome drink will be waiting for them upon arrival. Any questions or concern will be answered on the spot as I'm only a stones throw upstairs.

“Just Tranquil ”

Me & our family, consisting of 4 adults stayed at this villa for 3 days. We was met by a beautiful, clean property and everything was fit for purpose. In fact, all of us felt that the pictures advertised did not do the property justice. I found our host (Ann & Fitzroy) to be very welcoming and eager to please. They even gave us a cook book when needed and drop us to town for an emergency stop off. There was nothing that was too much trouble and we were always met with a friendly smile. Ann made a recommendation for a tour guide/taxi and we found this to be also very good. Cee Pee the tour guide is remarkably knowledgable and we enjoyed his service so much that we have stored his contact for future tours/taxi services. We did find the WiFi was not at its full potential during our stay but this not hinder our trip in anyway. In fact, it allowed us to embrace the full potential of our surroundings and was more a blessing for the family. We met locals and engaged with the community most evens tasting local dishes and rum. What a beautiful island and people. Ann & Fitzroy I can only thank you for allowing us to use your home and we would certainly return again.

How do damage deposits work?
