Description

Casa Serenas is a comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom ground floor apartment, with air conditioning suitable for up to 5 people plus a travel cot. The apartment has 1 Double and 1 Twin bedroom, with a fold up bed available on request (at a small extra charge), with 2 shower rooms. It has a light and airy living room with a wood burner, with 2 sofas as well as a dining table to seat up to 6 people. Sliding patio doors lead you onto the large private south facing terrace with ample room for Al-fresco dining and a few pre-dinner drinks or just to relax and watch the spectacular sea views & sunsets over the bay. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen complete with a cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board. A variety of cooking and serving utensils are available for your use. Maid service is available 5 days a week. Linen and towels provided. The apartment is located within the 4* hill top complex of Monte Dourado where guests can enjoy exclusive use of the complexes 5 private swimming pools one of which is heated and it also has kiddies pools. There are 2 tennis courts, free Wi-Fi and a reception area with internet access. Free on-street parking is available on the complex all year round. There is a mini-market stocking general groceries, milk, bread, tea and coffee, and the local municipal market where you can get fresh fruit, vegetables, fish and meat, open daily except Sundays, or if you would prefer to visit some of the varied bars and restaurants in the centre of Carvoeiro you can take a walk down the very steep but short hill into village centre, all of these are within approximately a 5 to 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Please note: Any bookings during the low season exclude electricity, this will be charged at check out by the management company once the meter has been read.

“Amazing appartment”

Thank you for allowing us to use your amazing appartment. We never tire of the view down onto Carvoeiro beach. Well equipped and comfortable. Excellent support from the Monte Dourado staff, which gives added peace of mind. Having stayed in Carvoeiro several times previously, this property is without doubt the best. Would definitely recommend to anyone without hesitation. Only consideration is that the complex is built on top of a hill, so be prepared or else take a taxi to get ‘home’ after your evening out.

How do damage deposits work?
