A stunning two level (duplex) apartment situated on the edge of a cliff offering uninterrupted views across the Atlantic Ocean and the West coastline of Portugal. Take breakfast on the terrace in the morning, lunch in the afternoon whilst taking in the scenes on the beach and of the passing tourist boats and private yachts, then enjoy the evening with some of the most spectacular sunsets whilst drinking down your favourite sun-downer. The beach "Praia Do Carvoeiro" was voted Best European Beach by over 12,840 travellers from 129 countries. The organisers of the poll said "Carvoeiro is probably one of the most beautiful places we have seen during our travels in Europe". This particular beach is a two minute stroll away and, there are all the amenities and wonderful restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk too - all you need to make your holiday as stress free and transport free as possible.
With its own two private balconies and direct sea views this is the place to relax, unwind and contemplate the joys of life. The interior is a clever combination of traditional decor with modern functionality and comfort. The lower floor of the apartment offers a terrace with table and chairs to relax at whilst watching the world go by. Inside the apartment you have a fully-equipped kitchen, shower room, dining table with four chairs, Satellite TV (English Channels), Hi-speed Wi-fi, a large L-shaped sofa and comfortable chair. Upstairs you are welcomed by double patio doors offering the most amazing views down the coastline of Portugal. The large bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom, TV with DVD Player, wardrobe etc., leads out onto the large terrace with a table and four chairs and two sun loungers. This is probably the room you will spend most of your time in as, whilst the sun is rising you can be lying in bed watching and listening to the waves crash upon the rocks and, as night time draws in, you can dine on the terrace and then be lured into a peaceful sleep by the waves lapping onto the beach and washing all your troubles away.
You may even be fortunate enough to see schools of dolphins in the ocean whilst making their way East.
There is adequate on-street parking outside the apartments or at the car park by the church a few meters away. For those who need to stay in touch, WiFi is installed and internet access is free.

“What a view!”
Only had a short 5 night stay, but so happy we picked this property and wish we could have stayed longer. Very spacious for two people and nicely decorated. We are quite active and the property was a great base for exploring cliff top walks to reach numerous beaches up and down the coast. Marinha Beach (that was a very long walk!!) is stunning and Centeanes beach is also very good with a great beach café (recommend the chicken skewers, sardines looked good as well). It was great coming back to the property after a long day out and just relaxing on the large sun soaked balcony (full width electric awning available if shade required) until sunset. The sunsets are amazing and quite a tourist attraction, it’s entertaining watching the people down below on the street trying to find a good vantage point whilst we could relax sitting back on the balcony to view it. The property is also well located for the picturesque local beach and all the bars/ restaurants(there are loads). Carvoeiro is a very pretty resort around the beach/cliffs area with no high rise buildings compared with other resorts along the Algarve. Philippa provided great communication before our visit and as our flight home was late in the evening and no one was booked in the property the next day, we were allowed to stay very late on our leaving day, this was greatly appreciated and gave us a full day in Carvoeiro. Highly recommend this property, you won’t be disappointed.

“Incroyable”
J'ai passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette appartement. Une vue incroyable sur l'océan avec le bruit des vagues et des mouettes pour m'endormir... On se sent chez soi avec une décoration intérieur fait avec beaucoup de gout. On se sent chez soi. L'appartement est équipé de tout ce que l'on a besoin. Le village est à 50m avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. C'est un endroit merveilleux à mon gout. Des possibilités de randonnées à flanc de falaise des que l'on sort de l'appartement. Je n'ai pas eu besoin de prendre la voiture. Une semaine que je n'oublierai pas. Merci au propriétaire de prendre soins de ses hôtes. J'y retournerai c'est sûr.

“Perfect Place to Relax”
I stayed here in July for a few days to unwind and relax. I plan to go back again for a longer stay. The apartment has everything you need and Philippa was great to deal with. The views are amazing, lots of boardwalk walks along the cliffs and amazing sunsets. I will definitely be returning.

“Tranquility”
Stayed here for a week from 5/09/23.after reading the rave reviews. Can’t add anything more than what has already been said. Fantastic. We hired a car for the week , but in all honesty you will not need one. Can always hire one for a few days in town. Our favourite moments were sitting on the balcony watching the best sunsets ever!! 5 mins walk to sandy beach and town where one is spoilt for choice on bars and restaurants. Fantastic week!!
