Beautiful triple terrace, 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom Cluster Villa with sea view overlooking Vale de Milho Golf course.

The house is entered on the first floor, where there is a beautiful well equipped kitchen & utility, cloakroom, bathroom and lovely open plan living room and dining room, from which patio doors lead to a large balcony with views over the golf course and out to sea.

Spiral stairs lead the way upstairs to the roof terrace or downstairs to the ground floor where there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite and the second bedroom has a separate shower room. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading onto a terrace and private garden area.

The Villa has air conditioning & electric central heating throughout, features multi room audio to all rooms with Bluetooth connectivity, Smart TV with Spotify account permitting you to play all your chosen music in every room.

For an additional charge of €30 we can now offer a full UK/worldwide TV package inclusive of SKY movies, sports and cartoon channels.

The small wonderfully peaceful complex of Vila Golfemar has well maintained gardens and the benefit of a large shared swimming pool, small children's pool complete with pool house and w/c facilities.

A returnable security deposit of £150 is required per booking.
