Casa Patinho

The villa has been completely renovated with two modern bathrooms, new flooring, windows and doors throughout, and new roof/sun terrace.The villa enjoys a peaceful setting and comprises 3 double bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has a modern large walk in shower. A stone spiral staircase leads to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom incorporating a bath and shower. A door leads from the bedroom out onto a large roof terrace with beautiful distant views to the sea. Patio table, chairs and sun loungers provided on the roof terrace.Fully fitted kitchen, including washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. New Dolce-Gusto coffee pod machine. Built-in BBQ on patio terrace with modern outdoor dining furniture. Lounge/dining room, new 50 inch Samsung smartTV, netflix etc all UK channels, DVD with DVD library and CD music system, portable fans. 4G broadband wifi is provided free of charge. The villa has been refurbished inside and out and the extensive redecoration is in keeping with its Moorish style. Double glazing throughout with a log burning fire and electric radiators for winter lets.Cot and high chair available to rent locally as well as a stair gate at no charge. Maid service is twice a week.

Portugal has introduced a Tourist licence system which by law is now required to rent legally our licence is 15352/AL.

Payment is made by bank transfer. We can also accept PayPal, however the client is liable for any fees charged by PayPal.

Getting around

Carvoeiro town is within easy walking distance of the villa, a 10-15 minute stroll. Taxis are readily available in the centre of town, or the Quinta do Paraiso reception is happy to order a taxi. There is a bus station at Lagoa, a 10 minute drive from the villa.

Interaction with guest

The villa is been managed by an British company "Kevin Andrew Owenson Property Management Services " with offices in Carvoeiro which has been operating there for over 25 years. Our managing agent will visit you within a day or so of your arrival to ensure everything is in order and to answer any questions you may have. They are contactable during office hours 6 days a week, or out of hours in case of any emergency and always on hand to assist you. They can also arrange a food parcel if required.

House rules

We can arrange cot and highchair hire and also have a stair gate in the villa for young children. We are happy for one small house trained pet to stay in the villa but ask that they do not sleep on the beds.
