"Casa Camellia", is set down in a quiet cul-de-sac only a five minutes walk away from the beautiful Vale do Milho 9 hole par- 3 course , overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, close to the village of Carvoeiro, in the Algarve. The villa is within a 10 minute walk to the nearest restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the beautiful Centianes beach . It offers the perfect location for a relaxing family holiday. On entrance to the villa you will come into a hallway leading through to the spacious lounge with comfortable sofa's, satellite TV, Wifi, . The lounge has access to the terrace via patio doors which makes the room light and airy during the day. From the lounge there is a lovely dining area with seating for 6 people if you don't want to dine outside this is the perfect place for entertaining. There is a spacious fully fitted kitchen with oven , gas hob, fridge/freezer ,dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker and all the utensils you need to prepare a meal. There is a washing machine in the outside laundry room .The villa has three good sized bedrooms , the double bedroom has en-suite facilities with bath/ shower/toilet and bidet and access to the swimming pool terrace via patio doors. The two twin bedrooms share a large family bathroom with bath/shower/bidet and a separate shower cubicle . One of the twin rooms has access to the pool terrace via patio doors. There is a separate w c in the hallway. All the doors have shutters and locks fitted for extra security so no need to worry if you have children who are keen to get to the pool . The villa is set in a large private plot, there is a lovely terrace with a great seating area overlooking the pool(which can be heated at an extra cost £200.00 per week), perfect for outside dining and enjoying the warm summer evenings. children will be entertained for hours playing in the pool. A fantastic place for all. The property is compliant with the rental licence legislation (Alojamento Local) now required in Portugal and as such its location, facilities, ownership and suitability for rental have all been verified ( Licence Number 96206/AL Camara Municipal De Lagoa). Maid service is included, bed linen, towels and beach towels free of charge. "there is an electronic complains book available". The details can be found in the villa .
