Villa Mediterrâneo is a brand new stunning luxury villa,. This property is well equipped, air conditioned, with games room and a large 12m by 5m swimming pool surround by large terrace, man made beach, seating areas and kids play area.

Gates open up to your stunning holiday location with a drive that brings you round to the back of the villa with parking and front door entry. On entering the property you have the main living areas in front of you with an open plan lounge/dining area with a breakfast bar separating the fully equipped kitchen. Within the lounge is ample seating, a fireplace, IPTV, DVD player, WiFi, HiFi, Ipod docking station, selection of games for all ages. There are patio doors opening up onto the terrace and pool area. The fully equipped kitchen opens up onto a covered terrace for Alfresco shaded dining with large table and chairs (large enough for 12+ people) and access to the pool terrace.
On entering the villa if you turn left there is a corridor leading to 3 superking/twin bedrooms all with en suite bath/shower rooms. Each room has plenty of wardrobe space and patio doors leading to the garden and pool terraces. At the end of the corridor is a games room with Wii machine and accessories to keep kids of all ages entertained, pool table and table football.

Stairs from the entrance area lead to the first floor where there are 3 more superking/twin bedrooms all with en suite bath/shower rooms. Each room has plenty of wardrobe space and patio doors leading to a private upstairs terrace with sea views, this terrace just for first floor bedrooms and has outdoor seating. Also on the first floor is a sun terrace for all to use, with sunbeds and steps leading to the roof terrace with truly panoramic sea views, on a good day you can see all the way to Sagres on the west coast. Pefect to chill out on the comfy seats watching the sun set

Outside the property is set in a good sized plot, fully fenced and screened, gates and parking for 4+ cars. There is a large 12m by 5m heated swimming surrounded by a terrace area with a shaded area. The pool has roman steps with a shallow end of around 0.9m sloping to a deep end of 2m. There are sunbeds for 12+ and several seating areas to allow groups to have there own space. The property has a large built in BBQ, a childrens play area, a large man made beach, lawn area, hammock area, table tennis, table football, outdoor pool table (May to October), basketball net, beach ball games. The garden comes alive at night with solar lights

There is ample private parking and the villa can host special events like weddings. Located on edge of Quinta do Paraiso, it is 20 minutes walk from Carvoeiro town, Quinta do Paraiso facilities with 3 communal swimming pools are just a 5 minute walk away. There are also two very good value restaurants for in eat in or takeaway just 2 minutes walk.

Response from the owner It was great to have you stay at Villa Mediterraneo and to meet you and the family. With regards to the towels comment, every client gets a hand towel, a bath towel and a beach towel, as well as every sunbed has cushions with an additional sunbed towel for practicallity. We listen to all our clients feedback and at this time it is not practical for us to offer bath sheets instead of bath towels (which to date people have been very happy with, however if we are able to upgrade in the future we will consider your comments
