It is an independent portion of a large farmhouse set in the context of a small and peaceful village, 30 km from Siena and 35 from Grosseto and the Tyrrhenian Sea, with large private garden and private swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. wine area Montecucco doc, olive groves and classic Tuscan countryside. Just 3km Petriolo with sulphurous hot springs. Ideal for visiting Tuscany is its major art cities. Florence can be easily reached in less than an hour with 4-lane highway. pure nature, great peace and relaxation and excellent wine and gastronomy.

Response from the owner Recensione completamente falsa fatta da persone ignoranti, maleducate e prevenute che hanno solo cercato di ottenere soldi (con una stima di valore che non esiste al mondo) per graffi asseriti e mai verificati che in ogni caso erano evidentemente stati provocati altrove. La casa è indipendente in quanto non ha accessi comuni con le altre case del borgo e comunque che sia inserita in un borgo si vede benissimo dalle foto (basta che chiunque con un minimo di correttezza le guardi...). Inoltre il gruppo di Kuba non ha avuto la minima educazione in quando dovunque è inaccettabile fare schiamazzi e rumori molesti sino alle 3 di notte. Infine senza segnalare a Jens, che è la persona cui è stata regolarmente da me demandata la gestione delle locazioni ed è estremamente professionale oltre che poliglotta, non sono stati segnalati vari danni provocati quali la rottura della serratura del bagno al primo piano e la rottura del fermo tendina della credenza al piano terra, oltre ad aver lasciato spazzatura che puzzava alla riconsegna, aver spostato molti mobili senza averli ricollocati prima della consegna e aver lasciato la casa come se fosse una discarica. Per tutto questo posso solo avvertire altri proprietari di case in affitto di evitare di prendere prenotazioni da questa gente falsa ed arrogante.
