Description
A high standing House in Caseneuve, quiet and relaxing medieval village in the Regional Luberon Park. Located next to the church and the castle. Magnificent view on the valley and beautiful sunsets.
The village is 10 minutes from the famous market of Apt, 4km from the Provencal Colorado, close from Roussillon, Lacoste, Gordes or St Saturnin and 1h from the festivals of Avignon and Aix en Provence; It is 1h30 from the Mediterranean sea (Marseille). The village is authentic and quiet, a little off the main tourist areas. A lot of walking/hiking trails. A gastronomic restaurant and a "bar/bistrot" in the village. A lake in Apt and Many summer pools at 5, 10 or 20 Minutes from Caseneuve.

“Felt at home in a beautiful setting”
We arrived in Caseneuve to discover that we could not contact the owner because our phones would not work. no-one told us that we had to make some adjustment to our mobiles.Some friendly villagers quickly located the owner and we were shown our home for the next week.It had all that we needed from dining area and living room with breakfast bar and toilet on the ground floor to a beautiful upstairs.Comfortable bed, sauna, roll top bath, balcony and full length window looking out from our hillside location over the valley below. A bistro for morning bread and croissants was just five minutes away and a great way to start the day . The house was tastefully decorated and a great location for visits to local towns and villages. The staff in the local Mairie (beside the Bistro) wre very helpful and our hosts were easily available to answer any questions. We were very lucky with the weather apart from one 36hour thunderstorm and are happy to recommend this property to visitors to Luberon
