Nous disposons d'un appartement complètement indépendant, pour 4 personnes. Parking privé et sécurisé. Grande piscine et solarium de 150m². Table de ping pong

70m² à la décoration soignée, unique location de la maison , idéalement située sur une aile de la maison, , vue mer et cap canaille de la terrasse privée de 15m², grand solarium de 150m² autour de la piscine avec vue mer (coin apéritif), exposition plein sud, Parking privé et sécurisé.

L'appartement se décompose comme suit :

- 1 chambre avec lit 160X200 + 2 tables de nuit+ immense placard mural + meuble "repose bagages". (TV DANS LA CHAMBRE)

- 1 pièce à vivre très claire avec baie vitrée 2,50m donnant sur terrasse équipée d'un coin salon entièrement privée de 15m² vue piscine, mer, Cap Canaille + 4 ouvertures. (TV DANS LA PIÈCE)

- 1 convertible design avec matelas 14cm 160x200

- cuisine entièrement équipée d'un lave vaisselle, d'un frigo/congélateur, d'une cafetière Nespresso, d'un combiné four et micro onde, de 2 feux vitrocéramiques et de nombreux rangements et ustensiles (grill pain, théière + tout le nécessaire à cuisine et à déjeuner ou diner).

- TV à écran plat 100 cm à led - WiFi gratuite - Climatisation

- Fer et table à repasser (laverie à 2 mns en voiture)

“Amazing villa”

Absolutely amazing holiday villa. The views, the space, the area, the restaurants, the days out everything. Villa has a lot of space and is very clean. Owners met us on arrival and all information was given promptly. The owners were excellent and helpful and allowed us space to enjoy ourselves. The villa is in a closed community so very safe, however I never felt anything but a good buzz and friendly people all the time we were here. You do need a car if staying here, local supermarket and other shops are 5 mins by car and everything you need is provided for. Restaurants in the area were a bit hit and miss, la loco was by far the best we went too, eating by the harbour can be expensive. Car parking is ok if you get to the harbour before 09:30. We enjoyed our stay here tremendously and hope to return. France has been a pleasant surprise.

Response from the owner Ce "gentil client" était informé par téléphone, puisque dès sa réservation il nous a contacté, que notre appartement refait à neuf et avec de l'électroménager neuf se trouvait dans l'aile sud de notre propriété.(nous habitons à l'arrière et sommes extrêmement discrets, l'appartement a une entrée indépendante). Nous sommes intimement convaincues que déjà avant sont installation il souhaitait "trouver" une excuse pour qu'un remboursement soit effectué soit par nous, soit par booking. Il nous semble évident que les soit disant anomalies évoquées pour un remboursement sont déplorables. (dysfonctionnement inexistants) (il aurait pu essayer d'en trouver une plus concrète, mais en existait il une !! Pourtant tout a été inspecté...... Quant au fait que nous venions le saluer n'était nullement un acte d'intrusion ou de persécution mais tout simplement un geste commercial et convivial habituel. Il est vrai qu'au téléphone il me dit "ne souhaiter voir personne"(!), mais nous comprenons pourquoi (2 chiens dont un en chaleur sont sortis de sa voiture sans qu'il n'ai pris la peine de nous en informer). Le client est rois, il est chez nous pour se détendre donc nous avons souhaité à cette petite famille la bienvenue ........ Nous espérons que dans l'avenir, ce client passe un excellent séjour dans notre ravissent village.
