Parking nominatif privé en face de l'appartement. 1ère plage à 300 mètres. Port-centre ville à 800 mètres avec accès aux plages, calanques, commerces, restaurants...
L'appartement est constitué d'une chambre, une grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine américaine donnant sur la terrasse.
Salle de bains (grande et très lumineuse) et toilettes séparés.
