Description

The cozy 72 m2 flat has 2 bedrooms / 2 full baths. The master bedroom has magnificent views while the guest room overlooks trees. The flat is located in a private park very close to the town center. It is possible to enjoy your holiday here without a vehicle. Buses go regularly to Marseille which is a mere 20 minutes away. The flat is available for long-term rentals during the winter months. Price to be discussed.

The location is ideal for climbers, hikers, beach lovers, and families with kids. Due to the proximity to town, teenagers can go to the beach and shopping on their own. Everyone enjoys the open market (foodstuffs, clothing, and jewelry) which is every Wednesday and Friday morning on the main square (a ten-minute walk from the flat).

As the flat is a private second home, we have left personal items such as books, games, beach basket and beach pillows as well as plenty of kitchen equipment for you to make use of during your stay. We hope you feel at home in our place.

There is a Nespresso coffee machine that accommodates aluminum capsules.

Please take note this property cannot be rented through the winter months unless for the duration of the season (November - March).

A car is advisable if you want to visit the countryside. For a beach and hiking holiday, Cassis has everything within walking distance.

Interaction with guest

Laurence is there to greet you. We highly recommend sending her a text message or giving her a quick buzz to confirm arrival time ca 30 min prior to arrival. Any questions, she is happy to answer. Laurence speaks English and French. There are heaps of maps and some guide books for your browsing. In case of arrival AFTER 8pm, a charge of 20 Euros can be paid directly to Laurence.
