Description
Casa Boasson is a vineyard deep in wine country, situated on a hill that offers views in all directions. On clear days you can see the Alps all the way from south to north.Winemaker Coppo s.r.l. looks after the vienyard and makes top quality wines from the grapes.The main house has been convertedand contains three apartments that are available to rent. Two of the apartments have two bedrooms and one has one bedroom. All feature a sofa bed in the living room. The house sleeps 16 intotal.Each apartment has a separate autdoor sitting area - og you can enjoy the large shered terrace, Porticato. This covered area is adjacent to the swimming pool. All apartments were new in 2014 and are very well equipped.At Casa Boasson you are deep in wine conuntry but still not too far from civilisation. The nearest village is a short distance away, offering shops, bars and a restaurant serving delicious Piedmontestyle food.Nizza Monferrato is the closest town, 7 km away.Asti and Alba are just 25 km away. In other words, you're surrounded by everything Piedmont has to offer.The swimming pool (9x4m) and sunbeds are available free of charge. Winter 2015/16 we will build a large park with volleyball court, bocce court, trampoline and more.

På klare dager ser du Alpene helt fra Nord til Sør.Vinmakker Coppo s.r.l. steller vinmarken og lager de beste viner av druene.Hovedhuset er ombygd og inneholder 3 nye og flotte leiligheter for utleie. 2 stk har 2 soverom og 1 har 1 soverom. Alle har stue med sovesofa hvis ønskelig. Hver leilighet har sin egen uteplass eller du kan benytte en felles Porticato ved siden av svømmebassenget.Her bor du midt i vinmarken, men allikevel ikke langt til sivilisasjonen. Gå avstand til nærmeste landsby hvor du finner butikker, bar og en restaurant som serverer nydelig Piemontesisk mat. Nizza Monferrato er nærmeste by 7 km unna. Asti og Alba ligger 25km unna.
