Appartamento ristrutturato a giugno 2020 a 90 metri dal mare. L'appartamento può ospitare fino a sei persone.
Posto auto gratuito, arredato e climatizzato, composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera con due letti singoli, soggiorno con divano letto, cucina attrezzata e bagno.
Inoltre dispone di lavatrice, TV, biancheria da bagno, teli doccia e lenzuola.
Gli ospiti avranno accesso nei propri appartamenti prenotati tramite ingressi privati, inoltre lo stabile ha una terrazza comune dove si può prendere il sole e fare un barbecue.
Sul retro sono presenti delle docce esterne.
Il villaggio si trova in luogo molto silenzioso e tranquillo, dove si può godere il mare e la spiaggia in assoluto relax, lontano dalla citta' e dal caos.
La spiaggia nel periodo estivo viene pulita e ordinata ogni mattina.
Il luogo offre un'ottima cucina per tutti i palati, infatti sono presenti degli ottimi ristoranti a pochi minuti di auto.
I mezzi pubblici arrivano a 200 metri dal villaggio. Con l'auto si arriva comodamente dalla statale 114 catania siracusa.
Gli appartamenti distano solo 20 minuti dall'Aeroporto Internazionale Fontanarossa di Catania.
La posizione è strategica per raggiungere facilmente attraverso autostrade e tangenziali le più importanti attrazioni turistiche, infatti con soli 15 minuti si raggiunge Catania, 30 minuti Taormina, il vulcano dell'Etna e 40 minuti Siracusa.
