THE FEATURES OF OUR SEASIDE HOLIDAY VILLA IN CESME, TURKEY
-Our private beachfront holiday villa is located on the border of a clear, exclusive and comfortable holiday site 3km, away from the village of Ildir. Our beachfront vacation villas are directly facing the beach thus providing a panoramic view of the sea.
-Our beautiful vacation villa is surrounded by a 1000 m2 green grass garden with an open terrace of 20 m and a roofed terrace of 20 m2 veranda.From here,we will have a panoramic and marvelous sea view.
The livingroom (30m2) has a satelliteTV and is fully furnished.
Internet acces available (wireless DSL)
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, oven and coffee machine.
There are 5 bedro i (18m2,12m2,10m2,7m2 and 20m2 attic room) which can accommodate a total of 10 beds (double and single beds).
If more extra beds are needed, they can be added.
There are 3 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a WC, bathtub and water boiler. The 2 smaller bathrooms has a shower and toilet. There is also a common shower in the garden.
In the garden, there is a common wash-room with a washing machine,iron and ironing board.
Private Seaside Facilities
As you can see from the pictures on our website, there is a private beach/sand pool just in front of our villas with sunloungers and umbrellas all around, you will enjoy the cool breeze from the sea during your sunbath.
In addition, we have also installed air-conditioners in our villas. You can use the air-conditioner optionally when you need cool weather by paying for the extra electricity consumption.
The huge outside garden is very private where your families and friends could enjoy a wonderful BBQ meal. Our barbecue and grill sets are available for your use.
LOCATION
- Shops and restaurants are within 200 to 2000 m from the villas.
-The beach is 50 m directly in front of the villas and is within walking distance.
-The holiday villa is located:
3km from the village of Ildir. 15km from Alacati (one of the world's most famous surfing centre), 12km from Ilica, 18km from Cesme, 75km from Izmir, 170 km from Ephesus, 220 km Pergamum, 320 km Pamukkale and 80km from the airport (Adnan Menderes).
-Easy access by buses to Ildir village, Ilica and Cesme every 30 minutes.
There is also a daily bus service to Izmir which runs every hour. Car rental and transfer to and fro the Airport to our villas are available upon request.
OFFERS
All prices are per villa per week (in Euro - €) for groups of 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,9 and 10 persons. It means the price can change accourding to number of people..So basic price (for 1-4 person) is 680 € for high season (01 Jun -15 Sept), 400 € for mid-season (01 Apr - 31 May and 01. Oct - 30.Nov), 280 € for low-season (01 Dec. -31 Mar). For each additional person we charge 68 € for high season, 40 € for mid-season, 28 € for low-season. Meanwhile 40 Euro is added to rental price for final cleaning.
The prices include electricity, water, gas and one set of bedding per person (given on arrival). 35 Euro is added to rental price for final cleaning.
The housekeeping service will be made before the guest arrival.(The villa will be cleaned and arranged before the guest arrive ).There is no housekeeping service during the guest's stay.If needed, this can be arranged with an extra cost.Towels have to be brought by the guests.Towels are available for rent.

WEEKLY PRICES ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE (EURO - €)
Unit prices are in EURO per villa per week.
Reservation is make for weekly period stay.
Basic price (for 1-4 person) is 750 € for high season (01 Jun -30 Sept), 450 € for mid-season (01 Apr - 31 May and 01. Oct - 30.Nov), 300 € for low-season (01 Nov. -31 Mar). For each additional person we charge 75 € for high season, 45 € for mid-season, 30 € for low-season. Meanwhile 40 Euro is added to rental price for final cleaning.
30 % of the total amount of the rent should be paid as a downpayment to our bank account.

Upon receipt of a copy of this downpayment document by fax from you to the following fax No: +90 (232) 4846758, we will send you a confirmation of your reservation.
The balance 70% of the rent has to be paid when you check-in. Payment must be in cash. The keys to the villa will only be given after payment is made
In case of cancellation on your part, the 30% downpayment will be forfeited
Should the guests decide to leave the villa earlier, they will not be entitled for a refund of the balance of the total amount of the rental.

“great place, great people”
We spent 3 weeks towards the end of season with our group size ranging from 4 to 10 people at different times. The villa is very spacious, nice, well equipped, clean and has a nice view to the sea. The owner is a very nice gentleman who was very helpful and attentive even though he was fasting and it was quite hot under the sun. Upon our arrival he immediately helped us with grocery shopping and giving us information about the area. He was prompt with any issues that would arouse. He also helped with multiple transportation arrangements, as our party arrived and left at separate times. He even picked my aunt up from the airport, and took her into her house in Izmir (so he could break his fast) where he and his wife treated her like a guest of the family. They were kind enough to share their hospitality with us as well before we left at their villa nearby. The villa is well equipped and met our needs. It’s very clean and well maintained. We got partial view of the sea over looking a grass playing ground from the balconies. Walking to the beach was a breeze. The water was often nice and warm to swim, though we had few days of gusty winds that prevented us from going to the water. The beach is not as wide and long as I had hoped for, but it was good enough. The view is very very nice, you can see few islands from the beach. The air is very clean and refreshing despite the warm weather. There is often a nice breeze in the air. Not only me, but also my elderly parents got rejuvenated with the quality of the air, the scenery, the calm atmosphere, local’s hospitality, and also fresh fish, vegetables and fruits. The people in this region are very friendly, nice and helpful. There is a small shop walking distance, which you can get water and your basic needs like bread. You can even place orders with them to bring the stuff you need. Best of all they deliver heavy items as well such as water or charcoal for BBQ (there is outdoor grills that we used few times, do not hesitate to buy fresh fish and grill and have it with fresh lemon and vegetables you can get from weekly farmers market). The village is not far and can be reached with minibus, which runs often, and there is also a big supermarket, Migros, a little farther away. Having a car is not necessary, but it would help a lot with sight seeing and shopping (the minibuses are not always on time and if you are planning to visit Alacati, Ilica, Cesme or Izmir would take less time as they stop by several places). I definitely recommend this place, it’s nice, calm, clean and next to the beach, and the owner is very friendly and attentive.

“Great family vacation spot”
Мы провели с семьей 20 дней в августе на вилле у гос-на Ибрахима. Это были незабываемые дни для нас; прекрасная погода, комфортабельная вилла со всеми удобствами, удивительное море с чистой как стеклышко водой,удивительная растительность. Одним словом, зрелище достойное кисти живописца. Мы часто вспоминаем проведенные там великолепные дни полные гармонии и тихой семейной радости. Я думаю, что долго еще мы будем с радостью вспоминать проведенное на Чашме время. Спасибо гос-ну Ибрахиму за созданный комфорт и удобства для отдыха.

“Enjoy Aegean breezes and sunsets from a great villa”
My family and I have visited Villa Banu on four separate summers for 2-3 weeks each time. Our opinion of the villa, landlord, and location is evidenced by the number of times we have returned. The Villas are nicely kept, spacious, clean and the grounds beautiful. The owner is very attentive and helpful in taking care of the needs of his guests. A full kitchen and outdoor grill allow us to prepare our own food drawing on the wonderful local produce, fruits, and meats. A full grocery store is within a 5 minute drive from the villa. We enjoy our dinner on the balcony as the sun sets over the Aegean Sea. The villa’s location is slightly outside the main town and the other vacationers in the area are mostly nationals so it has a family vacation feel rather than a tourist feel. Being on the periphery also allows for cycling, walking, and jogging on quiet roads. But, if you want a touristy flavor, it is only an easy 10-15 minute drive to Ilica, Alacati, and Cesme. Shopping, windsurfing, eating out, visiting the ancient ruins of Ephesus or walking the busy streets of Izmir are all easily accomplished from the villa’s location. For us Villa Banu is a perfect combination which offers quiet leisure time lounging at the villa, sporting activities, and traditional tourist activities all according to our timetable from our home away from home on the Aegean. It really is a great spot for a vacation."
