The condo is 62 square metres including a large balcony looking on to the ocean. It is freshly furnished with new stylish furniture and includes a modern European style kitchen. Hot water at bathroom and Jacuzzi at balcony. Located on the sea front next to the Cha Am Regent Hotel, between Hua Hin and Cha Am.
The condo is well managed, has a floodlit tennis court, fitness room. When you slide open the doors to the balcony you can easily see and hear the sea.
