Description

Near Disneyland, the studio is located at the back of the boat Marboré in Lagny sur Marne. Owners on the spot in the front part. A room of 20 m ², with room of bath, toilet and kitchen. Independent entrance by the cockpit. Terrace. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children maximum age. Adults (double bed), 1 child (mattress 160 x 80 cm) + baby folding bed (120 x 60 cm) Living on a boat is always exotic, even for the first time, even for 15 years! We patiently laid out in the spirit of the boat the rear accommodation, which was the one at the origin of the sailors. The boat is parked along a natural shore, well shaded in summer. The street is deadlocked and so the path is quiet. The animals of the fluvial nature are numerous to come for the delight of young and old: swans, ducks, geese, and the Marne is full of fish. This proximity to nature is our major asset.
