Gîte de Charme classé 3 Epis Gîtes de France. PISCINE CHAUFFEE partagée ouverte du 30 avril au 02 Octobre et SPA PRIVE dans le jardin du gîte accessible toute l'année.
Très beau gîte de 100 m2 en pierre, superbement restauré et aménagé. Deux fours du XVe (à pain, à patisserie) sont de véritables cachets d'authenticité. Offrant un accès indépendant, ce gîte est dans un ensemble de bâtiments anciens magnifiquement préservés, dont 2 autres gîtes et le Château des Coudreaux (résidence propriétaires), qui ajoutent au charme des lieux. Pour les activités sur place les randonnées, le terrain de badmington, Tennis de table. Des ateliers sont proposés gratuitement: fabrication de cerfvolants, promenade avec les alpagas.....
Chauffage Inclus. Bois gratuit pour des veillées (si pas suffisant supplément payant), en hiver, auprès du poêle.
R.d.c. : séjour-salon (2 canapés, poêle à bois, WIFI, etc.), cuisine équipée, arrière cuisine, wc. Etage : 1e ch (douche, lavabo, lit 160x200), 2e ch (2 lits 90x200), 3e ch (3 lits 90x200), s. d'eau, wc. Chauffage inclus (électrique et bois). Jardin privatif non clos.
Les TARIFS WEEK END (2/3nuits) comprennent les lits faits, le linge de toilette et le ménage final.
Pour la LOCATION à la SEMAINE Prestations facultatives payantes : draps (13€/lit 90 - 20€/lit 160), linge de toilette 2 serviettes (8 €/pers), ménage (80 €).

Vous serez chez vous au Carrefour du Chinonais, du Saumurois et du Loudunais, sur le Parc Naturel Loire Anjou Touraine, des régions privilégiées par l'histoire, le passé et la nature, qui ont planté là des décors exceptionnels. Ce sont des vignobles et des paysages magnifiquement ondulés, propices aux balades. Des chemins de randonnées où l'on apercoit quelques fois cerfs, biches ou chevreuils. Vous découvrirez aux alentours l'Abbaye de Fontevraud, classée au Patrimoine Mondial de l'UNESCO, la Nécropole des Plantagenêt (Richard Coeur de Lion, Aliénor d'Aquitaine, Henri II...), La Devinière qui fut la demeure de Rabelais, ou Candes St Martin et Montsoreau (des sites exceptionnels de la région) d'où vous pourrez rejoindre le parcours La Loire à Vélo.
