Charm, authenticity and design in the heart of the medieval: period house with character, tastefully restored in the heart of the medieval quarter of Chinon (restored in July 2013). Weekly rentals or weekend in a house in tufa stone with flowered courtyard of 30m² in the center of the historic district medieval and 150 m from the river "Vienna". Townhouse at the foot of the castle, in a quiet pedestrian street, furnished in cozy fashion and design, with 4 bedrooms, one of 47m², 8 to 10 beds (3 double beds, 2 of 160, 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed in living room), 1 cot and high chair. A bathroom and a shower on the ground floor. 2 toilets. Fully equipped with Nespresso machine, microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Hi-Fi channels, stations I phone I pod, washing machine, dishwasher, television, DVD player (free DVD on request). outdoor table, BBQ, deckchairs, 4 bicycles. Internet + Wifi. Public parking nearby (150m) and 1 large free car park 5 minutes walk (Jeanne d'Arc). Nearby activities: swimming, horse riding, canoeing, hiking .... At the heart of the Loire Castle: Chinon Fortress (reopened to the public for 2 years after 10 years of restoration), Château d'Azay-le-Rideau, (20kms), Ussé 15 km (the sleeping Beauty), Fontevraud Abbey (16 km), Villandry (25 km), Langeais, Saumur and Richelieu and obviously Chambord, Chenonceau and the Gardens of Chaumont ... Visit 15kms one of the most beautiful villages in France: Candes Saint Martin (or the Loire and the Vienne come together) and magnificent Abbey. Circuit Loire wines: 320 vineyards and 69 appellations AOC Chinon. Saumur-Champigny, Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil, Vouvray Coteau du Layon. On the road of writers: House of Rabelais Seuilly (5 kms), Balzac in Saché (25 kms), Ronsard to Rich. Discover the Loire by bike. Gourmet restaurants and starred nearby. Nous faisons le maximum pour que nos hôtes gardent un excellent souvenir de leur séjour en Touraine ,dans notre si belle ville de Chinon .jamais 2 sans trois ...revenez vite déguster nos fromages de chèvre,le si bon vin de chinon,visiter nos châteaux qui attirent le monde entier ,naviguer en canoë sur la Vienne et enfourcher nos vélos pour « La Loire à vélos « ...le monde entier nous envie « le jardin de la France « choisi par nos Rois pour y établir leur plus belle Résidence .Ne nous en privons pas ! La maison vous attends !
