The House, nestled in the green hills between Umbria and Tuscany, with a magnificent view of the Umbrian High Tiber Valley and the Valtiberina toscana, is located about two kilometres from Citerna (one of the most beautiful villages of Italy), from which you can easily reach art cities and various villages of the Valley as Città di Castello, Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Gubbio, Montone, Monte Santa Maria Tiberina andwithin a few tens of km you can reach the most important art cities of Central Italy such as Perugia, Arezzo, Florence, Urbino, Ravenna, Bologna and Rome can be reached in about two and a half hours.
The property has been recently restored, paying particular attention to every detail, just passed the gate, you notice immediately the large garden where you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over the valley below. Entering the House, leads to a large living room with mezzanine, kitchen openspace and fireplace, crossing the corridor leads to the master bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the stairs leading to the upper floor consists of a bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a large bathtub. The furniture and the precious property finishes are the result of a skilful blend of modern and traditional style. During the summer is at guests ' disposal a small pool (4 m x 2 m).
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the owner, as well as offer a welcome basket with local treats, will provide you with leaflets, brochures and information about the rich cultural life of the Valley. On request the owner will put at your disposal a chef who will cook for you the best dishes of the local tradition.
