Description
E' tutto intorno a voi; ciò significa che potete vedere da Po' del Vento: Città della Pieve (13 km), Cortona (35km), Chiusi (10 km), Montepulciano, il Lago di Chiusi, il Lago Trasimeno (10 km). Dovete fare altri 300 mt fino alla cima per vedere: Perugia (38 km), Assisi ( 60 km), i Monti Sibillini..ma non Paciano (3 Km) Firenze (120km), Roma (145km), Orvieto (35km). :-)
La collina, tra due valli, ha un microclima ideale, con una leggera brezza che rinfresca l'aria di giorno; una forte escursione termica che porta la temperatura notturna a 18° e 20° C, 65-68 F.
Po' del Vento è nella tenuta Miralaghi, 310 ettari di bellezza in un parco naturale; a soli 18 km dall'autostrada A1, ad un'altitudine che va dai 450 ai 630 msl, con un clima invidiabile, sia d'inverno che d'estate, con vista sulla Val di Chiana.
Po' del Vento è un bel casale in pietra del XIX secolo, semplice ma confortevole Nasce come casino da caccia.
Di notte, non perdetevi la spettacolare vista del cielo scuro affollato di stelle e le valli circostanti illuminate da centinaia di lucine.
Ho cercato di realizzare gli appartamenti seguendo l'architettura naturale del vecchio casale e il mio gusto. Ho mescolato insieme antico e moderno, cercando di darvi tutte le comodità che avete a casa vostra.
Po' del Vento è diviso in tre appartamenti: Po' del Vento 1 occupa tutto il primo piano e ha una terrazza di 60mq. A Po' del Vento 1 potrete stare tutti insieme sia fuori in terrazza che all'interno a mangiare, conversare, guardare la televisione.
Ci sono ancora 4 camere da letto e due bagni piccolini con lavabo doccia e bidé.
Po' del Vento 2: 1 salotto con spazioso angolo cottura, aperto sul giardino con gazebo che domina la valle, 2 camere doppia e matrimoniali con 1 letto singolo aggiunto. 1 bagno spazioso con larga doccia in muratura, lavabo e bidé.. Comunica dal salotto con:
Po' del Vento 3: 1 soggiorno/sala da pranzo, 1cucinotto, 1 gazebo con vista sulla valle, 2 camere doppia e matrimoniali con 1 bagno spazioso con larga doccia in muratura, lavabo e bidé.
Ci sono 4 posti auto coperti, grandi spazi esterni con mobili da giardino. BBQ. Zanzariere alle finestre, riscaldamento, biancheria per la casa, HI-FI, asciugacapelli.Wi-FI.
Vicino alla casa la piscina riscaldata con l'ombra degli alberi, il profumo delle rose e dei lettini con parasole per leggere il vostro libro preferito.
Vicino c'è il parco giochi per bambini con l'altalena, lo scivolo, il tunnel, il recinto di sabbia, l'anatra sulla molla, la casetta.
Natura, cultura, arte e relax: venite a Po' del Vento per scoprire alcune delle zone più interessanti e belle d'Italia e per ammirare alcune splendide opere d'arte risalenti alla civiltà romano-etrusca fino al Rinascimento.
O semplicemente godersi il Po del Vento nella proprietà Miralaghi con le sue meravigliose escursioni a piedi o in mountain bike lungo 20 Km di sentieri panoramici, in una natura incontaminata con fitti boschi ricchi di fauna selvatica; pescare al nostro laghetto (pesce no-kill), fare un PICNIC al laghetto romantico, fare, come Rambo, il percorso FITNESS nel bosco (17 attrezzature, piace molto ai bambini; o semplicemente passeggiarci; giocare a bocce al campo bocce o a ping-pong o a calcetto.
Nella foresta è incredibile; arrampicatevi sui due uccelli che osservano, sdraiatevi sotto un albero a chiacchierare o a leggere o semplicemente a guardare il cielo che cambia; vi ricaricherete di energia
Stanco? Giocate a bocce, giocate a scacchi sotto la quercia, ammirando il meraviglioso tramonto e l'infinito panorama che vi circonda, mangiate fuori e provate le nostre specialità gastronomiche locali, senza dimenticare il nostro olio d'oliva.
Nata come riserva di caccia ci sono ancora molte specie di animali selvatici, che cerco di proteggere in ogni modo: volpi, caprioli, ricci, istrici, cinghiali, lepri, e scoiattoli vicino alla Foresteria e Villa Miralaghi che volano in giugno, luglio. Un paio di poiane e un falco volteggiano spesso sopra di noi. Una famiglia di barbagianni è spesso vista di notte. Pettirosso, ghiandaia, upupa, picchio verde sono visitatori abituali. Fagiani e pernici sono spesso liberi qui.
All'inizio della primavera ci sono le violette, in Italia facciamo una deliziosa caramella blu con le violette, molti fiori selvatici durante la primavera, i girasoli in estate; A settembre nella foresta si incontrano tappeti di ciclamini. Alla fine di settembre fino all'inizio di novembre si possono trovare molte specie di funghi.
