Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people.

Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

HOT TUB & CENTRALLY LOCATED!

Rincon Cabin is on a large lot, ideal for outdoor play in any weather! Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to the Village and the Lake. You will have your own piece of paradise here.

LIVING SPACE - Homey 900+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath. The upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a double/double bunk bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Cable TVs, fast Wi-Fi, Ham Radio Antenna, and DVD player. Relax in the hot tub.

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, patio furniture, and a charcoal grill! Enjoy the large fenced yard.

PARKING - 2-car driveway
