DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA CASA Y ALREDEDORES.
"cuando uno ha podido tener el Prado y, al mismo tiempo, el Escorial situado a 2 horas al norte y Toledo al Sur y un bello camino a Avila y otro hermoso camino a Segovia, que no esta lejos de la Granja, se siente dominado por la desesperación al pensar que un dia habrá de morir y decirle adios a todo aquello.

El chalet esta enclavado en una zona residencial de Colmenar Viejo , en un entorno tranquilo, sin contaminación acústica. La parcela cuenta con un jardín con arboles de gran tamaño, piscina y solárium.
El chalet, en su planta baja, dispone de tres dormitorios, dos cuartos de baño, cocina comedor y salón con chimenea.
La planta superior dedicado a los rodajes de películas que se hicieron en la localidad en los años 60-70 dispone de un dormitorio para 2 personas, cuarto de baño con ducha hidromasaje y una pequeña habitación . Todas las habitaciones del chalet son exteriores.
El chalet cuenta con calefacción.
ACTIVIDADES:
Te proponemos vivir unos días junto a las praderas por donde cabalgaba Clint Eastwod y Kirk Douglas combatía a los romanos,en los escenarios naturales de películas como;"Espartaco","El Cid","El bueno el feo y el malo","La muerte tenia un precio"…y mas de 200 peliculas allí realizadas
Un lugar donde puedes disfrutas de paseos en plena naturaleza, conociendo, además, un castillo del siglo XV perfectamente conservado (Castillo de Manzanares El Real), con visitas teatralizadas, una basílica del mismo siglo (Nuestra Señora de la Asunción) con su museo sacro, una ermita con importantes restos visigodos; en definitiva no te vas a aburrir, seguro, porque además tienes,

Todo esto a 20 minutos de Madrid, en una casa con jardín y piscina privada, donde puedes descansar y degustar la gastronomía especial de la zona: carnes con denominación de origen de la Sierra de Guadarrama, miel de la zona, productos lácteos, y en repostería, los llamados bollos huecos y macizos junto con los famosos “Manolitos”.
En la misma localidad se encuentra un campo de golf, pistas de tenis, un centro hípico, polideportivos, spa y Paintball donde puedes divertirte con tu familia ó amigos.
COMUNICACIONES:
Existen autobuses interurbanos de línea regular. Cuenta con la Estación Ferroviaria de Cercanias de Colmenar Viejo. La red de carreteras la constituyen con:
M-607, M-618, y M-104.

DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE AND SURROUNDINGS.
The villa is located in a residential area of Colmenar Viejo, in a quiet environment without noise. The plot has a garden with large trees, swimming pool and solarium.
The villa, on the ground floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room with fireplace.
The upper floor dedicated to the filming of movies that were made locally in the 60-70 years has a bedroom for 2 people, bathroom with shower and a small workroom. All rooms are exterior of the villa.
The villa has heating for winter.
ACTIVITIES:
We suggest you spend a few days with the meadows through which Clint Eastwood rode and Kirk Douglas fought the Romans and where you can explore the natural scenery of the filming of "Spartacus," "El Cid", "The Good the Bad and the Ugly" "The death had a price" and over 200 movies.
A place where you can enjoy walks in nature, knowing, moreover, a castle of fifteenth century , perfectly preserved (Castillo de Manzanares El Real), with dramatized tours, a basilica of the same century (Nuestra Señora de la Asuncion) with its sacred museum , an hermitage with importants remains visigothics, in short you will not get bored, sure, because you also have hiking trails:

All this just 20 minutes from Madrid, in a house with garden and private pool where you can relax and enjoy the special cuisine of the area: meat with designation of origin of the Sierra de Guadarrama, local honey, dairy products, and pastries, “bollos huecos y macizos” along with the famous "Manolitos".
In the same town is a golf course, tennis courts, an equestrian center, sports, spa and Paintball where you can have fun with your family or friends.

There are regular intercity bus line. It has the local train station in Colmenar Viejo. The road network is constituted by:
