Situated in the heart of the beautiful Constantia Valley wine lands, this comfortable, family friendly villa is the perfect place for a truly memorable holiday in Cape Town.
Interior
Squirrel Cottage offers a spacious, fully equipped, country-style open plan kitchen/ living room which, together with the formal sitting room, opens onto a shaded terrace. Bedrooms in the main house include the large master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom as well as two single bedrooms (each with a double bed) and separate bathroom (with bath and shower). The separate study (which can double as a further single bedroom) leads onto the terrace. The adjoining garden cottage has a queen-size bed.
Garden & Pool
The terrace and barbeque area overlook the pool and the park-like garden stretching down the greenbelt beyond. Grownups may enjoy tranquil mountain views relaxing on loungers by the poolside, whilst young children are entertained on a climbing frame with swings and slide in a shady nook just beyond.
The adjacent guest cottage with en suite shower and kitchenette is perfect for grandparents or teenagers. The cottage overlooks another pretty, shaded patio.
Accommodation & Facilities
Squirrel Cottage ideally accommodates 6 guests (though the study can be converted to a single bedroom) and is popular with young families.
The villa is serviced free of charge three days a week (and on additional days by arrangement) and has secure parking and a 24 hour armed response security service.
Guests enjoy the use of free up-capped wireless internet access and cable television with PVR (a personal video recording facility).

This charming property is just a stone's throw from the historic vineyards of Groot Constantia where guests can enjoy leisurely walks and is perfectly situated for easy access to Cape Town's spectacular beaches, an array of world- renown restaurants, several golf courses and shopping centres – as well as Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront and the beautiful botanical gardens of Kirstenbosch and the picturesque fishing harbours of Hout Bay and Kalk Bay.

The separate guest cottage offers perfect, private accommodation for grandparents or teenagers. The study has a single bed and can serve as an additional bedroom. A travel cot and high chair can be supplied by arrangement and contacts can be provided for experienced evening babysitters.

The park-like garden is private and secure and sunbathers can enjoy spectacular views of the mountain from the poolside. There is a climbing frame with swings to provide hours of entertainment for young children. The pool can be protected with a net if required. There are gas, charcoal and wood burning barbeques for use by guests.
