ARRIVATE DA TURISTI E SIETE TRATTATI DA OSPITI
La casa è così divisa: giardino con pineta, veranda sul mare, cucina, soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo e letto divano, camera da letto, cameretta con letto a castello, bagno.
La casa dispone di frigorifero, lavatrice, rete Wi-Fi, climatizzatori,forno, ferro da stiro.
La cucina dispone di tutti gli utensili per cucinare e per mangiare. Nella casa vi è anche una culla per i vostri bambini.
Si fornisce biancheria per i letti, per bagno e per la cucina. La casa si trova nella pre-riserva di Monte Cofano, pertanto è possibile accedere alla riserva stessa, affacciarsi sul mare (dista 150 m) e contemplare il panorama che si spinge fino alle Isole Egadi e godersi il bellissimo tramonto che offre la zona. Nella zona le attività sono numerose, ma hanno tutte lo stesso punto di riferimento: il mare e la natura.
Nelle verande sul mare è possibile gustare i sapori della Sicilia con uno sfondo mai visto: il tramonto, con il sole che si posa lentamente sul mare.
Il posto è strategico per passare una vacanza relax, ascoltando il respiro della mare e della natura; e per raggiungere nell'arco di 30 minuti i posti turistici più attraenti e più interessanti della Provincia di Trapani; nell'arco di 60 minuti Palermo e Agrigento. . La casa invitante è ubicata in un museo a cielo aperto, a due passi dal mare, con spiaggia e scogliera, e ad un passo dalla Riserva Naturale Orientata di Monte Cofano.
Gli ambienti esterni sono panoramici sul mare e sulla riserva, quelli interni sono luminosi aventi l'apertura all'esterno, eccezionali per un piacevole soggiorno tra mare e natura, sono accoglienti per una famiglia o un gruppo di 6 persone.
Un ulteriore chicca della casa è una piccola pineta, spazio sicuro per i bambini, adatto per una rilassante lettura all'ombra, piacevole per preparare una grigliata di pesce e di carne locali con vista mozzafiato.

-Cornino a 150 metri, con spiaggia sabbiosa e scogliera

-Trapani, a 18 Km, città del sale, con i suoi mulini, e del corallo, dove partire per le isole Egadi: Favignana, Levanzo e Marettimo;
-Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro, a 30 Km, famosa per le sue calette sul mare, un po' prima si possono ammirare i faraglioni di Scopello;
-Segesta, a 30 Km, con il suo tempio e teatro greco ;
-Marsala a 50 Km, la città internazionale del vino con gli antichi stabilimenti del vino, prima si può visitare l'isola di Mothia, insediata dai Fenici che ci hanno portato la scrittura e dove si possono ammirare gli antichi forni per la lavorazione del cotto;
-Selinunte a 50 Km, con i resti dei templi greci, il più grande parco archeologico d'Europa;
-Palermo a 90 Km, dove si possono ammirare le varie civiltà che si sono susseguite nel tempo.
