Description

The open-plan living/dining area is a great space for relaxing or for any evening meals in. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which opens out onto a private patio area, with everything you need for the family and children. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located from the hallway enjoying garden or patio views. Outside, the terrace has dining furniture for 6 and 4 sun loungers - perfect for al fresco dining on the warm Spanish evenings! The terrace leads onto a private garden which is ideal for wheel chair access and children.

The terrace and garden overlook the large swimming pool, childrens' pool and the 3rd fairway of Spain's newest championship golf course. Gated secure complex close to Corvera town. Site facilities include many childrens' playgrounds, outdoor gym facilities, tennis courts, and a games court.

There is an open plan lounge/dining area which opens out onto the front patio and includes a TV and wi-fi in addition to furniture. The patio has outdoor dining furniture, and private garden.
The kitchen has granite worktops, built-in oven and 4 ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave, large fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space. The patio door from the kitchen opens out onto the rear private patio.
The large master bedroom has double fitted wardrobes with drawers, a window and door opening onto the front patio, and an en-suite bathroom including bath with shower, sink with drawers beneath and toilet. The 2 comfortable beds can be used together as a double or separately. The 2nd bedroom has 2 beds, fitted wardrobes and a patio door to the rear patio. The second bathroom, off the hallway, includes shower, toilet and sink. The hallway includes 2 single wardrobes which can be used by guests using the sofa bed.

“Lovely well situated apartment”

Spent two weeks in this lovely ground floor apartment, a stones throw from the communal pool. The sunbeds were a great addition! The apartment was clean and included all the kitchen utensils and appliances you would need for a comfortable stay. The complex is literally 20mins from Murcia International airport so really convenient. Some good restaurants in Covera town, Los Casadores is definitely worth a visit. Sue the owner was really nice and was quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

“Beautiful relaxing apartment”

A beautiful relaxing apartment. A brilliant pool next to the apartment that is very well kept as is the whole of the site. Only a few miles from the newly opened airport. Local town Corvera is just a short distance from the apartment and has plenty of good quality shops and restaurants. A very enjoyable stay... thank you...will go again.
