Ti presento un delizioso appartamento con il mare sotto casa.

Casa tua sarà appena sopra la spiaggia bianca e il mare azzurro di Costa Rei, nella costa sud orientale della Sardegna, all'interno di un piacevole e tranquillo condominio con spiaggia privata.

L'APPARTAMENTO

L'appartamento si trova al piano terra ed è composto da un confortevole soggiorno (con televisione, scrivania, armadi, un divano letto matrimoniale a doghe), una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale, da una veranda coperta e abitabile con cucina (con tavolo e sedie, piano cottura a quattro fuochi, pentole, stoviglie e accessori), e da un bagno pratico ed essenziale (con box doccia e lavatrice, sanitari e bidet, lavandino con specchiera).

Il locale è dotato di aria condizionata e ventola a soffitto, per riscaldare le stanze occorre impostare il condizionatore in modalità "caldo".

Se doveste viaggiare con un piccolo angioletto è gratuitamente disponibile un lettino da campeggio 120x60, per lui o lei.

L'intero appartamento è a vostra completa disposizione e ha accesso privato.

LA SPIAGGIA PRIVATA

Il Free Beach Residence si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia di Costa Rei, è come avere il mare sotto casa!

Dal 15 giugno al 15 settembre abbiamo riservata una spiaggia privata, controllata dai nostri bagnini e ombreggiata dai nostri ombrelloni. Due comodi lettini da mare personali sono inoltre a disposizione nell'appartamento.

COMODITA'

• Internet: l'area è coperta dal segnale Wi-Fi chiamato "Hotspot Costa Rei", per usufruirne occorre acquistare il servizio dalla pagina internet omonima o recarsi in edicola per una tessera prepagata. L'accesso alla rete è illimitato al costo di 10€ settimanali per un dispositivo.

• Posteggio: il posteggio libero è facilmente reperibile all'esterno della struttura.

• Servizio biancheria: su richiesta forniamo settimanalmente la biancheria da letto e la biancheria da bagno.

• Servizio pulizia: la prima pulizia è una spesa aggiuntiva, le eventuali pulizie durante il soggiorno vanno concordate.

• Si prega di fumare esclusivamente all'esterno dei locali.

• Si prega di differenziare la raccolta dei rifiuti.

• Si prega di rispettare gli orari di quiete notturni, dalle 00:00 alle 9:00.

• Servizio biancheria: la fornitura di lenzuola e asciugamani è facoltativa, 15€ a persona per 1 settimana. Si prega di non lavarle.

• Servizio pulizia: la pulizia iniziale è di 50€.

• Al vostro arrivo si prega di fornire i documenti di identità di tutti gli ospiti e di saldare eventuali servizi aggiuntivi.

• Arrivi dalle ore 15:00 alle 20:00, partenze entro le ore 10:00 del mattino.

Getting around

The apartment is located in Costa Rei, built-up area of ​​the town of Muravera, a few kilometers outside Castiadas, 15 minutes by car from the famous Villasimius. An hour's drive you reach the tourist port of Arbatax, from where boat trips organized to the wonderful beaches and coves. To the south Cagliari is an hour away by car, the port and the airport will make you reach the island, but do not forget the old town, is worth a visit.
