Built in the mid 70s, in Mediterranean style, the apartments of Residence Piazza Italia have been recently finely restored and elegantly furnished.Apartment Description: The Classic apartment is comfortable and functional flat, based on the first floor, and has: entrance with a large living room, kitchen, disengagement, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms (one with double bed, the other one with two single beds), two large verandas. The kitchen is fully equipped (plates, cups, pots and dishes) and, on request, it is possible to have bed and bath linen. The apartment overlooks a lovely square with flower garden. The apartment is able to accommodate to 5 adult people.

In the ground floor is possible to find: Bar, Restaurants and Pizzerias,Pharmacy,Perfumery, hairdresser and beautician,Clothing Shop, Souvenirs shop.The square is surrounded by a large area devoted to parking (unattended) and it is just a few minutes walk from a supermarket, a newsagent, pubs, restaurants and pizzerias.

Shops open every day from the 15th of May until the 30th of SeptemberFrom the 1th of June until the 15th of September Piazza Italia hosts shows and music entertainment for adults and children and food and wine events, starting from 9:30 pm and up to 00:30am.

The rate includes: * Electricity, Gas and Water * Tv Sat * Parking area not guarded * Travel cot and highchair ( on request ).Bed linens and towels Complete kit Washing and Ironing: Whashing machine + iron + iron board Internet wi-fi.

The rate does not include – Compulsory ( to pay on site ) * Final cleaning compulsory € 115,00 * Deposit € 150,00 compulsory (*)

(*) The deposit will be retained also in case the rubbish will be left inside the apartment, and If the bedspreads and the covers of the sofas were left in extreme dirt.

From first October to 31 May : € 0,5 per day.
