Villa Ferdinanda is a little piece of paradise located in Costa Rei, perfect for lovers of relaxation and typical Italian holiday: beautiful, comfortable and very private, holiday home 50 meters from the sea (see photo), surrounded by a large fenced garden suitable for children. 2 bedrooms, large living room, 1 bathroom, kitchen, 2 porches, a very large overlooking the large garden and barbecue area. Washing machine, SAT-TV, air conditioning, wi-fi is available for a fee with the HotSpot Costarei. Pets are welcome. The coast which overlooks the path is a long sandy beach of Marina, fine, crystalline but mostly free. Walking on the beach in 10 minutes you reach the wonder rock of Peppino (for snorkelers). All the facilities are right next door and within walking distance. Double parking. Also ideal for running enthusiasts can easily reach the amazing course that develops on Monte Nai Mountain. For children there is a small playground within 1 minute. To visit the Casa Della Contessa. The villa has been renovated in June 2016; the garden is endowed with automatic irrigation system and even the outdoor shower. At the center of the village, which is reached in 5 minutes, you will find everything for day (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, information point, etc ...) or night (restaurants and pizzerias, ice cream, American -bar, entertainment with karaoke, traditional dances, flea market, concerts and so on.). We recommend a drink on the beach with a platter of cold cuts. Costa Rei is among the most beautiful and coveted of international tourism, is 15minutes from the more famous Villasimius and are both a little over 40 minutes from Cagliari thanks to the new road. Alternatively you can take the coastal road, slightly more difficult but extraordinarily beautiful (once in your life it's really worth it). So you will spend the most relaxing, fun and exciting holiday of your life. WARNING: sheets and towels excluded.
