About the home
Just the place for a great family holiday - our chalet “Chez Shells”.
Our two bedroom self catering holiday chalet offers the following accommodation.
sleeps up to 6 people (2 bedrooms + sofa bed in lounge area)

Bathroom with shower
Suitable for people with restricted mobility
Please note – this is a NO SMOKING and NO PET property.
The lounge has a pull out corner sofa bed, dining table with two benches, TV/ DVD Player, oil filled radiator, 2 stools/coffee tables.
The kitchen has everything you should need including a fridge with small freezer compartment, electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle and microwave.
The large shower room has an electric shower within a double shower cubicle, sink and toilet with a fan heater for those chilly mornings.
Two bedrooms, one room has a double bed and the second room has two single beds. Each room has it's own oil filled radiator.

Duvets and pillows are supplied for each bed
Duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases, towels and tea towels need to be supplied by you.

We ask that you leave the chalet clean and tidy at the end of your stay

Nearest beach is approximately 1KM
Located on the Kings Chalet Park in Cromer this is a great centre for your holiday - with plenty of interesting places to visit and the beach just a relatively short enjoyable walk away. The Kings Chalet Holiday Park is an attractive and very well maintained park with spaced out chalets and "Chez Shells Chalet" is located at the bottom of a small hill in the park nestling up to the woods immediately next to the chalet. On level parking at the rear of the property equates to easy access.
The Surrounding area includes:
Lighthouse, pier, promenade, woods, children's' play area (swings, climbing frame, zip line), football pitches, meadow, beach, cliff top walks, golf links, Cromer town, Overstrand village.

“Great time”
We had a great time. Weather was excelent, like summer. Chez Shells is a verrx goog location.Near the beach an d near the clifs. Wonderful for hiking. Gladly again.
