Le nid dont vous rêviez pour vos vacances.......
Le bois de nos forêts de montagne prodigue à notre chalet une ambiance très chaleureuse.
Au pied des montagnes, "cocooné" dans la tranquillité de la campagne, en balcon au dessus du plan d'eau du barrage de Serre-Ponçon, sans pour autant être perdu au milieu de nulle part.... et le plus souvent dans un des meilleurs climats de France : jusqu'à présent plus de 300 jours de soleil par an ...... L'été : le lac de Serre-Ponçon pour n'y rien faire, et/ou toutes les activités aquatiques que vous souhaitez, y compris les plus surprenantes (avez-vous déjà survolé la plus grande retenue d'eau d'Europe avec un ULM hydravion ???), la Durance, sur laquelle vous pratiquerez toutes les activités d'eau vive imaginables, et tant d'autres choses à découvrir ..... Du VTT, sous toutes ses formes dans les stations de montagne voisines ......
Ah!!! nous allions oublier ..... vous pourrez aussi ne rien faire ..... seulement profiter du temps qui passe dans un bel écrin ....
La Maison AuBoisDebout est une construction individuelle comprenant 2 logements mitoyens entièrement indépendants. Année de construction 2013. Type de construction : ossature bois, sur dalle de béton, le versant sud de la toiture est couvert de panneaux photovoltaïques, ce qui en fait une construction à énergie positive, qui produit plus d’énergie qu’elle n’en consomme. Une attention toute particulière a été portée à l’isolation thermique du bâtiment, ainsi qu’à la qualité des matériaux mis en œuvre.
Sa capacité d’accueil optimale est de 8 personnes, dans l’idéal 2 couples et 4 enfants (et 2 bébés). Cette configuration optimale n’est pas exclusive, notamment dans le cas où des adultes ayant des difficultés à emprunter les escaliers pour monter à l'étage pourraient dormir dans le BZ du RdC.
L’appartement « LéRonds » (surf. 103 m²):
En rez-de-chaussée, une entrée (4 m²), une pièce à vivre : cuisine équipée + partie repas + coin salon (35 m²), une pièce de toilette : douche à l’italienne, WC, lavabo (5 m²). A l’étage : 2 chambres parentales (13 et 14 m²), la « chambre des 4 cabanes » (11 m²) + une salle de bain (9 m²) + 1 W.C. indépendant (2 m²).
Salon, coin repas et coin cuisine
Equipment de la partie cuisine : cuisine intégrée, évier mono bac robinet mitigeur, plaque vitrocéramique à 3 foyers, lave-vaisselle, hotte aspirante, réfrigérateur, four électrique et four micro-ondes, cafetière électrique à filtre, 1 cafetière Nespresso, grille-pain, appareils raclette 4 et 6 personnes, 2 appareils à fondue.
Coin Repas :
une table carrée et ses 2 rallonges en pin vernis, 4 chaises + 2 tabourets + un banc + 1 tableau décoratif.
Afin de faciliter le démarrage du séjour :
- des produits de base pour une cuisine simple sont mis à disposition dans l’un des placards de la cuisine.
- des produits d'entretien – exclusivement sans eau de javel, ce que nous vous demandons de respecter, et quelques plaquettes de produit de lavage pour le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge sont à disposition sous l’évier.
Coin Salon :
1 banquette BZ (couchage exceptionnel possible après accord) 160 cm x 200 cm) faisant office de canapé en position pliée, 2 coussins,1 banquette 170 cm, 1 banquette 130cm, 7 coussins longs, 1 téléviseur couleur mural équipé d’une barre de son et « voofeur », lecteur Bleu Ray, et autant de télécommandes (3), une table passe de salon.
Pièce de toilette
Douche à l’italienne robinetterie mitigeur laiton bronzé, WC suspendu, petit placard, vasque encastrée, robinetterie mitigeur laiton bronzé, et placard sous vasque, sèche-serviettes électrique, miroir et sèche-cheveux.
A l’étage, accessible par l’escalier en bois situé dans la pièce à vivre du RdC : - 2 ch avec lit 2 pers. + 1 armoire, la chambre des 4 cabanes (4 lits 1 pers. 90 cm x 190cm organisée pour accueillir des enfants et/ou jeunes ados.
- une salle de bain : 2 vasques + 1 baignoire
- 1 WC indépendant
A l'extérieur, "l'espace détente" privatif, dans le jardin de la maison, vous accueille, avec un spa-jacuzzi 4 places et un sauna traditionnel (poêle et pas UV) d'une capacité de 2/3 places dans lequel vous aurez tout loisir de vous relaxer après de bonnes journées d'activités ..... ou simplement pour le plaisir. Nous vous donnerons les consignes pour un bon usage "propre et sain" lors de votre accueil.
