This gorgeous 3 bedrooms villa, is located on the island of St Martin (French West Indies) in a secure residence with a 360 ° view on the sea.
It overlooks the magnificent beach of Orient Bay, well known in the Caribbean, since nicknamed the "St Trop" of the Caribbean, as well as the islet Pinel, a small haven of peace where it is good to bask in a deckchair and taste the famous lobster of the Karibuni restaurant.

It consists of three master bedrooms opening onto a tropical garden with lounge area.

The spacious kitchen has a beautiful sea view, a central island and access to the covered terrace with its dining area.
The terrace deck with infinity pool is open to 180 ° on the sea with on one side the famous beach of Orient Bay, off the island of St Barthelemy, and on your left, the islands of Tintamarre and Pinel, to visit absolutely during your stay.

Elle se compose de trois masters bedroom ouvertes sur un jardin tropical avec coin lounge.
Les deux masters de la villa principale possèdent un lit à baldaquin Queen size, une salle d'eau privative avec double vasques en pierre, douche à l'italienne, wc et douche extérieure privative.
La troisième Master est une petite maison de 16 m2 avec vue sur le jardin tropical et le coin lounge, lit queen size,TV, salle d'eau et wc privatif;
La spacieuse cuisine avec magnifique vue mer, possède un îlot central très convivial, et donne accès sur la terrasse couverte avec son coin repas.
La terrasse en deck avec piscine à débordement est ouverte à 180° sur la mer avec d'un côté la célèbre plage de la Baie Orientale, au large l' île de St Barthelemy, et sur votre gauche, les îles de Tintamarre et Pinel, à visiter absolument durant votre séjour.

“A perfect house at a splendid location”
We have just returned from spending two weeks over the holidays at Villa Be on St. Martin. We were four older adults and three grown children in their 20's and early 30's. Everyone loved it! The view of Orient Bay is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and rural, and it is very comfortable so it felt like home. The decor is simple and tasteful with an asian feel, There is a separate "master suite" and three other separate bedrooms one with its own shower and sink. All the beds and couches were comfy and we cooked frequently in the more than adequately equipped kitchen. When we were there there was always very pleasant balmy breeze. There is a house cleaning service a few times each week and the owner is very responsive to questions and any issues that might arise. There is a good wifi signal and a DVD player though you should bring your own DVD if you want something in English. We loved the location in Cul de Sac. There are several very good restaurants just a five minute drive away- all with good parking. Don't miss Villa Pizza (more than pizza and they do deliver) and Jam Rock. There are others that we heard good things about but didn't have time to try. Orient Bay and Grande Case are both a ten minute drive and there is a good grocery store at the bottom of the hill. Last but not least - waking up to the view and star gazing before you go to sleep just make it the perfect vacation villa.

“Unforgettable stay!”
The minute we step foot in that beautiful Bali Villa, we knew we would spend a wonderful vacation. The special welcoming of Valérie, the owner, and the setting of the premises made us feel so much at home. The rooms are all air conditioned and the space (especially for a large family) is just outstanding! From the inside you have a breathtaking view of the sea and the pool is always at the right temperature. Just a few minutes drive from Grand Case where you can enjoy fine gastronomy, a walk on the beach or a tour of the island on a catamaran, and if you prefer a romantic candle dinner at night on the patio, the restaurant La Pizzeria (don't mind the name) has all of the finest cuisine ready to take out for you! There is a bank, supermarket, pharmacy just a few blocks away. If you want some nice shopping, you'll be well served cause most of the dining, shopping take the us dollar at par with the euro. We've traveled around the world and this place is just unforgettable! We'll definitely be back, cause we love St-Marteen!
