Ideal for families with children, for a holiday in quiet and relaxing sea. The Residence "Stella Marina" on the seafront of Cupra Marittima, is just across from the beach, separated only by a small, shady garden. It is also positioned in the center of Cupra Marittima, with all shops and services nearby. The 'Two-room apartment consists of a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a balcony seaside. It can accommodate up to 6 people E 'equipped with air conditioning, balcony overlooking the sea, satellite TV in the living room, TV room, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishes, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Furthermore, at guests' disposal, there are: solarium and free Wi-fi. During July and August, stays from Saturday to Saturday. Tax: Only in July and August EUR 0.70 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 nights Exemptions: - children up to 14 years - handicapped dependents and a companion - bearer of handicap not less self-sufficient than 18 years, are exempt both parents - bus drivers and tour leaders of organized groups (1 in 25)

Getting around

In Cupra Marittima you can spend a happy holiday without a car: all services and places of interest can be reached on foot or by bike. To visit Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto, it is possible by bike or by public transport (city bus or local train). To visit the hinterland it is preferable to use the car or organized bus trips.

We will be present at the chekin and chekout at the property. We are present every day from 9.00 to 18.00 at an office that is 400 meters from the building. During the night we have a night watchman who provides any assistance on request.
