Description

Our triangle holiday home by the sea is great for a family get away or the out of season break with friends. 3 pubs in the village all do food so you don't even need to cook. Indoor heated swimming pool included, 50 minute slots booked at reception or in the pool. Table tennis, volleyball, tennis court too. The chalet has unlimited broadband, WiFi in the chalet not high speed. West facing rear patio for afternoon sun. Additional upstairs toilet and hand basin. Full size comfortable beds. Cater for up to six, with dishwasher and washing machine. The high quality electric shower over bath in the downstairs bathroom. If you have younger children there are child safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs and vehicle free outside space. We provide a 43" Smart HD TV. Bring your children's bed time favourites on a USB stick or DVD and its just like home but by the sea. Relax and enjoy breakfast outside on the front decking and in the afternoon enjoy the sun on the rear patio. Later after a barbeque while the dishwasher does your washing up wind down and watch the evening sun drop behind the trees, and plan your next holiday in our chalet. Located in Kent on the White Cliffs on the coast between Dover and Deal, Kingsdown Park overlooks the English Channel in the charming seaside village of Kingsdown. Eat out in one of the three village pubs or further afield. We try to think of everything so you have the holiday you deserve, comments from 1990 say we are getting things right.

Details

Equipped for up to six people maximum The accommodation is as follows:

Ground Floor - one rear bedroom with 90cm bunk beds and a rear dining room opening onto the patio with garden furniture for six. Lounge with 2 leather sofas and French doors opening onto the front veranda decking. Bathroom/toilet, Mira ATL electric shower over bath and heated towel rail, kitchen with twin cavity cooker, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, separate freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle and filter coffee maker. First Floor - accessed via a steep open plan staircase, with Kiddyguard stair gates at top and bottom; landing area with separate toilet and hand basin. The front bedroom with double bed and door. At the back is a door opening to the rear bedroom with two 90cm single beds which can be pushed together to make a double if required and space for a cot. Equipment includes ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes airer, hair dryer, high chair, travel cot, duvets and pillows - bed linen (at £10 per bed) and bath towels ( £5 each for use in the chalet) are an optional extra or bring your own if you prefer. The chalet is all electric. Heating is via oil filled radiators and electricity is supplied via a £1 coin meter set to match our electricity company rate. Please leave the chalet clean and as you would wish to find it.

We will always try to meet your individual requirements. We also own next door 68 which may be available if this isn't or if you require both. NB: Car Parking in private car park (permit supplied) 400 metres away from the chalet, no cars on the park. Trolleys provided to transport luggage on arrival and departure. If the pool is closed for any reason this is out of our control and no compensation will be given. .

“Chalet 67”

Arrived and was warmly greeted by the owners, had everything explained about the chalet, took some time as it is very well equipped. Quite spacious and very comfortable, went looking for peace and quiet and that was exactly what we got. Nice location to visit the area as most things were just a short drive away. Would certainly recommend and definitely would visit again.

“Fantastic holiday home”

We loved our stay at chalet 67, it was really well equipped with lots of kitchen equipment that rentals wouldn't usually supply. Good fun in the pool although it was very cold and helpful reception staff. My husband and I even managed to BBQ in the sunshine (briefly) in May! The owners were very happy and were contactable in the event of any problems. Local town 2.5 miles away, we walked one way but too far for my then 4 yr old to walk back! Lots of local things to see and do, I would recommend having a car. We loved the lighthouse tours, and Dover Castle was amazing.

How do damage deposits work?
