This unique wooden house takes pride of place on 3 private acres of land in a secured property of 37 acres.
It is open to terraces and is very light and bright inside. It has the charm of a family home and uses all modern comforts such as automatic shutters or heated floors..........wood and antiques give a delicious feeling of exotic holidays.
Children will love the trampoline and the swimming pool of 19 meters long. Also 2 horses live around the house and the garden. The combination of elegant countryside and fashionable sea side shore offers to both parents and children, various the possibilities of sports and distractions.

“Wooden Retreat in Deauville”
This is a beautiful wooden house in a peaceful location yet with easy access to other places of interest. The house itself is very comfortable and the house and pool are well maintained. There is also a trampoline, swings and slide and ping pong table for the younger visitor. While we were there, there were two horses in the adjacent field which were lovely to observe. We found plenty to see and do within an area of anything up to 2 hours away with the nearby town of Honfleur being a particular favourite of ours. In 2013 we also visited Deauville, Avranches, Mont St. Michel, Dinan and Monets Gardens at Giverney. We have booked again for 2014 and this time we plan to take the train from Deauville to Paris for a day. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

“Amazing place to stay”
This was the best holiday home I have ever stayed in. Loads of space, both inside and out, the house was beautifully and originally furnished with great facilities. The outdoor heated swimming pool was a real asset, our kids were hardly out of it. The table tennis also went down brilliantly. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, with the picturesque town of Pont L'Eveque just 6km away. We are already planning a return.
