Description
This independent wing of the villa is available from mid-September to mid-May. Three large double bedrooms, each with en-suite bath, a large living area with fireplace, full kitchen and dining area all opening onto the entrance terrace and to the enormous front terrace with panoramic views over the Tiber river valley and the ancient town of Deruta. Multiple outdoor cooking facilities, large garden with orchard and kitchen garden as well as play equipment all within a large country property with gated entrance. Very quiet and private but within easy walking distance of all services in the town below. The location is an ideal base for exploring the hill towns of Umbria and Tuscany, close to Perugia, Assisi, the wine towns of Montefalco and Torgiano, numerous local festivals as well as Lake Trasimeno and the many cultural and natural beauties of central Italy.
