Description

This very beautiful, very spacious 3 bedroom apartment is in a beautiful complex that has well maintained clean swimming pools, children's play park, gym, sauna, 24 hour CCTV all within walled gates & landscaped gardens.

The apartment is fully & tastefully furnished with 2 balconies, Air Con, Satellite TV with English Channels, CD's, DVD's, books, washing machine, fridge freezer etc. It has a fully fitted functioning kitchen.

The apartment & complex are very nice & ideal for families, couples, groups of friends etc. The atmosphere is very relaxed & friendly. You'll find most things you need to have a well deserved holiday. You will love it.

The location is good. It's quiet enough to get away from it all but also close to the activities. It's 10 mins by mini bus (Dolmus) to 3 beaches & numerous activities around the beach area, cinema, 10 mins walk to the the city centre where there are 3 big supermarkets & numerous bars & restaurants etc, 5 mins walk to the bus garage, Saturday market with lots of bargains (worth a visit) and 1 min walk to the mini market & bakery.

All the rooms are fully & tastefully furnished with the following:

The living room has sofa, coffee table, DVD's, CDs, books, board games, toys

Bedrooms 1 & 2 each have, 1 double bed, air-conditioner unit (hot/cold),double bed, pillows, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, duvets, duvet covers & bed linens.

Bedroom 2 has en-suite bathroom with shower room and leads to one of the balconies.

Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, fan, double bed, pillows, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, duvet, duvet covers bed linen. All bedrooms are of good sizes.

Bathrooms 1 & 2, each have, toilet, sink, shower room, boiler. All bathrooms are fully tiled.

The kitchen is fully fitted & functioning with kitchen utensils & units. The dining area has dining table & chairs.

There are 2 balconies with balcony chairs & table. One balcony overlooks the swimming pool. They are ideal for having breakfast, relaxing, having a drink , listening to some music, watching the kids play in the swimming pool or chatting to the neighbours.

It has a big hallway which can be used as an extra storage facility.

There are towels but it is advisable to bring your own. Beach towels are not provided.

There is ironing board & most things you will find in a home.

All the windows are double glazed & have mosquito nets & all floors are tiled.

We can hire cots, high chairs etc for you at an extra cost of £10 each.

We provide a basic welcome pack made of tea, coffee, milk, cereal, for your comfort when you arrive.

In the apartment, there is an information file with details of local restaurants, bars, attractions, public transport information, tour operators, operating instructions for electrical equipments in the apartment which you will find useful during your stay.

The complex has security men, children's play area with swings & slides, free sun loungers around the swimming pool, mini cab service. The swimming pool is open from May to October. There are swimming pools for adults & kids.

There are car parking facilities if you choose to hire a car but car hire is not necessary as you can get around easily by walking & local mini bus (Dolmus). Dolmus cost approx 60 pence per drop & taxis approx £5 per drop to most places in Altinkum.

The apartment entrance door has door entry intercom.
