Cool and quiet in an olive grove of 10000 square meters, on the Hill of the village of Dolceacqua, 1.5 km from the village, has 3 parking facilities, the fence behind the House makes it ideal for those with pets or young children. The House has two floors: the upper floor includes a living room, a kitchen, a small bathroom and a big terrace while downstairs there are two bedrooms with bathroom and shower.
Within the vast grounds under shelter and discreet there is also an inground pool measuring 8 m to 4 m.

“Lovely view and a perfect place for a relaxing stay”
The house is perfect for a family. The view is amazing and the pool area is lovely. The indoor area was clean and the furnishings a bit rustic.

Response from the owner La casa è un km dal paese la strada è asfaltata e cementata tutti i veicoli sono sempre saliti bene.Il congelatore c'è forse voi non l'ho avete trovato. Non è vero che il bagno non è areato c è una piccola finestra sopra il lavandino forse neanche questa avete visto,non pensavo fosse necessario riscaldare i primi di giugno.Mi scuso per l'odore di muffa comunque sono in seguito sempre andato ad aprire le finestre e nessuno si è più lamentato. Si la lavatrice si trova in una stanza da cui si accede dal giardino, e allora?Dove è il problema.Certo il noleggio è stato pagato perchè la casa era prenotata e gli ospiti erano entrati in casa,Ho aspettato un po a rispondere per dimostrare che i pareri degli ospiti successivi vi smentiscono clamorosamente.
