Description

Our three award winning self catering cottages are newly converted farm buildings situated in rural West Lancashire yet within easy reach of the attractions of Liverpool and Southport. Converted to a very high standard, each cottage is well appointed ensuring a relaxed and comfortable stay. Each cottage has a bedroom with either twin beds or a king sized bed as required and a comfortable sofa bed in the sitting room for 2 extra guests. Each cottage has a wet room, a fully equipped kitchen, Freeview TV, radio , DVD player and free Wi Fi. There is a separate laundry room , extra freezer space , secure private parking , open views and a large garden where children are welcome to play. All three cottages are suitable to guests with impaired mobility. There are no steps throughout the properties from car park to cottage and within . Shower chairs , toilet frame and wheelchair are available on request and ample grab handles are situated in the wet rooms.

“Perfect location, perfect appartment”

We use this cottage to stay for 3 days in Liverpool. It is very nice equiped, and we felt like at home. The bus stop to Liverpool is just outside the house

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Linda (the owner) a message.

If Linda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
