Description

Full of character this 1920's built wooden house is right on the beach . Walk out of the door with a cup of tea and sit on the beach in your pyjamas. Wake up and listen to the sound of the sea. Or if you prefer snuggle up on the sofa looking out at the beach garden. Habitable all year round.

There is a chair bed for an occasional use for an extra guest if required.

Sea fishing from the end of the garden.

Sailing, windsurfing and kayaking. Pevensey Bay Sailing Club is 100 yards along the beach.

Golf course 5 mins walk at Bay View Golf Park 9 hole par 4.

Getting around

A car is advisable. Buses run about every hour at the end of the road. There is a railway station at Pevensey Bay but Eastbourne station is often more convenient.

“Lovely beach retreat”

A lovely little beach house, with lots of character and within easy distance of Eastbourne, shops/restaurants and a wealth of tourist/heritage sites. Even better, open the back door and you’re on the beach. Had a great time (again) with the kids and our Mini Schnauzer. If you want a quiet spot, some fresh air and a bit of sight seeing, I can’t recommend it enough.
