Description

Located in the desirable Meads village area of Eastbourne, this lovely, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, lower ground floor apartment has its own private sauna!

This Exclusively Eastbourne apartment has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room (which includes the sauna). The second bedroom is a twin, and with an extra pull-out bed can be set up as a triple for families of five. There is a second family bathroom with bath and shower over - so no need to fight over bathroom space.

There is a spacious lounge-diner with overlooks communal gardens. Relaxing and designed with comfort in mind, this includes two sofas, a coffee table and a large TV, plus a dining table capable of seating up to six. There are books and games to enjoy and a selection of DVDs.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with dishwasher and a washing machine, oven / hob, microwave and a wealth of cooking equipment, crockery and utensils. And if you're feeling creative in the kitchen, there is a good selection of cookery books to inspire you!

You have an off-street parking space, plus your own private entrance. All towels and linen are provided, plus there is enough milk, tea and coffee for welcome drinks on arrival.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
