Description

A beautiful three bedroom, contemporary self catering holiday townhouse on the waterfront. Part of the prestigious Sovereign Harbour development in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

The property is located in the Piazza private gated development right on the waterfront commanding beautiful views over the waterway between the main and southern harbours. The house is finished to a high standard with two allocated parking places. It is ideally located just a short walk to the marina centre including bars, shops, restaurants and a multi screen cinema.

There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite, while the third double bedroom suite occupies the top floor of the property complete with its own en suite and roof top terrace. There is a family bathroom, downstairs cloakroom/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen including a cooker, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave.

The lounge is a good size with comfortable seating and large screen TV. There are two set of french windows leading directly on to a large balcony looking directly over the water. There is also a dining room with seating for six plus two large comfortable armchairs ideal for curling up with a good book. The property has a pretty garden also looking directly out over the water.

“Nice house lovely location”

Excellent house over 4 floors located in the Sovereign Harbour, Steve was an excellent host who sorted issues immediately. Short walk along harbour to good restaurants. Would recommend this place to all. Eastbourne has many places to visit and enjoy. A good vacation was had and by the way the chocolates and wine provided by Steve was a great bonus. Thank you.

“Family holiday”

First impressions as you walked in really clean Easy safe parking through gate and right in front of house Kitchen was spotless and had more than enough utensils anyone could need Two bedrooms on the third floor were really big with loads of wardrobe space and hangers Two teenagers with us went on top floor more or less self contained balcony shower etc Garden was nice table and chairs and pots around and you could almost touch the canal and passing boats Harvester and bars were 5 walk away you can see the harvester if you look right down the canal Tesco Extra is 5 min in car although I had Tesco delivery with a really helpful driver Eastbourne 10 minutes in car, land train 5 minutes walk takes you right to the far end of Eastbourne must be a 4 mile journey Only one thing no garden umbrella and really hot week, we had an umbrella for the beach so rigged that up but without it we wouldn't have been able to sit real suntrap neighbour had awning Would definitely go again and would love to live there!! If visiting just to say Hertsmonceux castle and gardens are great only cheap to go in

“Another fab stay at The Piazza”

It was our 2nd time here and it was just as good as the 1st. This is such a lovely house, very clean and a bonus of nice soft towels in the bathroom. The bottle of Cava and box of chocolates were a lovely touch too, and very welcome. Just a couple of observations, not complaints, but it could do with a couple of little coffee tables in the lounge, plus one of the sofas is a bit uncomfortable as you slide down it. Other than that, it is 100%. Hopefully we will be back one day!

“Stunning”

Returned from here on Saturday 3/7/21 with 2 lady friends all of us over 60. From opening the front door we noticed how clean and fresh the house was. The kitchen was well equipped and the hob and oven spotless. We never ate in only made tea and toast so didn't make fill use of them. The whole house was immaculate and who ever cleans should be applauded. There was hand sanitize and wipes all of which is important due to the pandemic. Bedinen was crisp and smelt freshly washed. I myself have stayed at the marina 3 times before (apartments) over a few years in busier areas of the development. This house is situated in a quieter part but boats still passed by and was still in easy reach of the various restaurants and the shopping outlet. The owner left us wine and chocolates which was a lovely touch. There was no down side to this place and would certainly return or recommend it. 2 balconies and a garden what more could you want.

Loved staying at the Townhouse which is a beautiful house in a great location on the marina. House is well equipped and decorated and extremely comfortable. Very well located to explore the local area. Would love to return sometime

“Fab house”

What a lovely house in a great location! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Walking distance to the restaurants on the Marina and near the town also. Hope to return one day soon.
