Description
This lovely beach front house directly overlooks the sea. The two main bedrooms lead to a large balcony with stunning south facing seaviews. The garden at the front is fully enclosed and leads directly onto the beach.
The house is located in the thriving seaside village of Pevensey Bay village with local shops, pubs and restaurants and everything you need for a perfect holiday.
It is a quiet and peaceful setting , and yet less than 2 miles from Sovereign harbour with its shopping complexes, restaurants and cinemas, and less than 5 miles from Eastbourne, and the spectacular South Downs coastal paths.
Pevensey Castle, with its rich history stretching back over 16 centuries, was the landing place of William the Conqueror's army in 1066.

“A comfortable place for a relaxing holiday”
The house is right on the coast overlooking the beach at Pevensey Bay. It has three comfortable double / twin bedrooms, a large lounge, a good sized kitchen / diner with seating at the table for six, two shower rooms and a bathroom (very handy with six adults in residence).We did manage to park three modest sized cars safely at the property but might have had a problem if they had been larger. There were only small shops in Pevensey Bay itself but we were not far from a retail park just off the A259 on the way to Eastbourne. The house itself was exceptionally clean and we all appreciated its quiet location.
