Description
This lovely old farm house located on 88 wonderful acres is full of charm. This property has lawns, beaches, rolling hills, woodlands and hiking trails. The shared private tennis courts and basketball hoop (proper foot ware required). A stroll away is the sandy beach. Screen porch is perfect for relaxing, entertaining and dining. The Chappy Ferry is a 7 minute drive.
Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms.
Mini-split a/c units in living room and both 1st floor bedrooms. Central a/c on 2nd floor.
TENANT supplies sheets and towels.

Response from the manager It is a very special setting we agree! The Mosquitoes can be a problem during wet weather, but citronella and bug spray work well. The additional cost of the Chappaquiddick ferry needs to be figured into your budget. Ask SCR about discount tickets.
