Description
This open, airy, light and spacious Contemporary home is not only attractive, but it is filled with those wonderful extras that make vacation living a true pleasure. It has easy access to one of the Island's most wonderful surf beaches and is not far from the historic district with its popular harbor, shops, galleries, restaurants, pubs, ice-cream stores, movie theater, shopping, harbor, and lighthouse. Enjoy distant water views over conservation land from one of two private balconies off the 3rd floor master bedrooms. Have a drink, relax, or grill on the large deck w/sliders from the living room and kitchen. Cook up a clambake in the large open kitchen, fully equipped with kitchen amenities, cooking utensils, and cookbooks. Walk/run/bike in the neighborhood or try the nearby bike path. It is also not far from the Edgartown Great Pond which is great for kayaking. Play football on the large lawn or shoot pool inside. Pick your favorites from the DVD and book libraries, large variety suitable for all ages. Warm up with the gas fireplace on chilly nights. Play a board game from our large collection. Good location at the end of a cul-de-sac, perfect for young children to ride bikes, scooters and play.
