ERICEIRA HOLIDAY HOME RENTAL DESCRIPTION I am renting out a beautiful, spacious, 3 bedroom house in Ericeira. The house is located right on the beach Praia de Assenta (10 minutes from Ericeira). The house accomodates 6. You will love the idyllic location of the house. You couldn't be better located! It's a modern, very nice and well decorated place. The house has 3 independent bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with tub and shower, and swimming pool. The living-room has cable tv, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is also a 20 sq meter terrace with beach view with table and chairs for outside meals or bbqs.

Nearby you will find several coffee shops, many restaurants and a supermarket. If you like surfing, than this is the apartment for you! You have some of the best surf spots in Portugal in the neighborhood. The Western Region is a region with a very light and pleasant climate. It is situated on the Atlantic coast and the hills of Montejunto, being in this place a great vantage point. This land is very fertile because it is illuminated with a grid intensity, where the coastline and countryside are interconnected in a green spot, dotted with white houses. This territory, as it is close to the capital and other centres, tends to have a growth in this region and modernity.This home is located in an area where it is known worldwide for its famous beaches for surfing, as the lame Ribeira D'ilhas beach, beach of San Lorenzo, is a very quiet area where you can go to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. Gastronomy is one of the strengths of this town known for its excellent seafood and fresh fish. Enjoy an unforgettable holiday for all the family and friends.
