Description

Our cottage is located in picturest open countryside near the small village of Shereford .We are ideally situated for the beautiful beaches of the North Norfolk Coast, Sandringham, Houghton Hall, Pensthorpe Waterfowl park and lots lots more. The cottage has been very recently fully renovated and has a mixture of antique and contemporary furniture with a fully fitted kitchen. The property is perfect for a family with small children but equally ideal for a couple to get away for a quiet break. Set in the midst of fields with a view over the water meadows where the River Tat joins the River Wensum it is a great place to watch for wildlife such as the deer which venture close to the cottage. The cottage is a haven for wild birds too. A welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk is supplied.

“Perfect get away”

The cottage is situated in the middle of nowhere surrounded by wildlife and trees. There was nothing missing in the cottage to spoil our stay. Extremely well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting room and conservatory. I would highly recommend this holiday cottage.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Tim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
