Sleeps 7: 6 adults + 1 child

The location of this apartment could not be more convenient, it is in the marina with only a 5 minutes walk to the beach. The 3 bedroom duplex apartment is on the 1st floor of the Marina Parque.The apartment has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard and is ultra modern and stylish. The American kitchen is fully fitted and bright and airy. The lounge has plenty of seating with 2 comfortable large settees while in the dining area there is seating for 8.There is a balcony off the lounge with patio table and chairs with marina side view.

All the apartment has double glazed window and the three bedrooms are with garden view and the guests can relax and enjoy the holiday with no noise. At the marina, which is one of the largest in Europe, there are many international restaurants and bars for you to choose from as you watch the yachts in their moorings bob up and down with the tide. The communal pool is few minutes walking from the apartment.

1ST FLOOR

“Fantastic week”

Accommodation superb. Family holiday with youngest at 19. Right on the marina with pool less than 5 mins away and beach a leisurely 15 mins walk.No sun beds available at pool due to mid September but still very relaxing. Beach fantastic. Apartment really good and easily catered for the 6 of us. All staff from reception to departure and mid week towel change just so friendly and helpful. No Wi-Fi in apartment though and would be a great enhancement. We'd definitely return and highly recommended.

“Lovely”

The apartment itself is beautiful and was perfect for me, my boyfriend and friends. It could be a little noisy for some folk as right in the corner of marina but we loved it. We didn't however receive fresh sheets or towels as expected for our week long stay which was disappointing. Despite this I would go back again however the price has now increased quite dramatically so doubt I'll be back, this is disappointing too.
