Description
Casas Adentro is a traditional townhouse located in the old village in the heart of Faro, less than 5 miles (7km) from Faro's international airport. The house is ideally situated; ideal for either a weekend break or a longer visit. As it is all on one level it is perfectly suited to those with restricted mobility.
It is an easy stroll from all Faro's principal attractions and from the main shopping area. In 3 minutes you can reach the harbour and the pier from where you can catch a boat to the idyllic beaches islands lying off Faro in Ria Formosa's Natural Park or to Faro beach. It is a great spot for children of all ages.
Built at the beginning of the last century, the property has been recently refurbished to provide all modern comforts whilst keeping its authentic charm. It is a Faro home from home. We provide daily cleaning, breakfast and any assistance you might need to make the most of your visit. For those staying a week, a change of bed linen and towels is provided.
The centrally heated house has two bedrooms each of which has two single beds that can easily be converted into king size beds. There are two bathrooms, the main one with a walk-in shower. The living room has a comfortable sofa and two sofa sleepers that convert into beds, and a dining table for six. Wifi is available and satellite TV can be provided if requested.
Numerous restaurants are on your doorstep, but for those who wish to cook there is a small fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The house also has a washing/dryer machine.
Transportation from and to the airport can be provided on request. A car is not necessary but if you have one, there is free public parking nearby, just outside the walls of the old town. I am sorry but we do not permit pets, and no smoking in the house.
