Immersa nel verde in un contesto molto silenzioso, ideale per relax e per stare a contatto con la natura la “Torretta” è un casale di campagna costruito 300 anni fa ad uso agricolo, oggi completamente ristrutturato nel rispetto delle caratteristiche originarie. Si trova in una affascinante zona dell'Umbria a 20 km dal capoluogo Terni, poco distante da Spoleto (25km), a 40 km da Todi, a 90 da Roma, 80 da Perugia.
Ha a disposizione circa un ettaro di terreno privato tutto intorno e stradine di campagna adatte per passeggiate.
Internamente disposta per offrire privacy e spazi per ognuno senza promiscuità: contemplazione, riposo, televisione, cucina, conversazione.
Realizzato con la pietra del luogo a vista, gli infissi in legno e doppi vetri, internamente è curato fin nei dettagli: cotto fatto a mano di recupero e cucina in muratura al piano terra, legno naturale ai piani superiori dove ci sono 4 camere ben disimpegnate in modo da poter ospitare due nuclei famigliari in maniera piuttosto indipendente e infine la “torretta”, cioè il terzo livello, un'unica stanza con una vista molto suggestivaa ad uso camera o soggiorno. I posti letto sono 8 + 2, distribuiti in tre camere matrimoniali, due singole più un divano letto doppio proprio sulla torretta. 3 bagni, 3 caminetti, due zone a giorno e uno spazio per il pranzo completano la descrizione interna.
Le camere singole hanno anche un ingresso/uscita indipendente sulla parte retrostante del casale che dà sulla vecchia aia, sfruttando il dislivello naturale del terreno
